Janika has training in dance, education, and psychology.  As a Miss America state semifinalist she learned to embrace her queen.  Catch her infectious exuberance as she teaches and empowers you and your children.

She has hand selected other creative instructors who have warmth and skill that motivates quality learning.

Beginning Dance

For ages 4-10, Beginning Dance presents classical ballet technique and vocabulary with imaginative fun.  Set the stage for your childrens' healthy development--mind, body, spirit, and emotions.
Ballet gently tones and stretches developing muscles.  It is especially useful for posture awareness and strengthening that can set the stage for a lifetime of spinal health. (Did you just sit up straighter?)
Every class includes exercises and choreography to balance technique and application of newly learned dance steps.

Princess Power UP

Ages 10-18 has the most volatile changes in the life cycle.  Princess Power up combines Janika's dance experience with her psychological expertise as she helps young people develop profound and positive sense of self and the confidence to live boldly--all while stretching, toning, elevating the heart rate and WORKING IT!

Dance Fit

Did you know ballet is the most complete form of exercise?  It develops strength, flexibility, endurance, cardio health, balance, and agility.
 
This is not some shake it Zumba class.  Like nothing you will see in a gym membership, Janika's Dance Fit will push you past yoga and pilates skills with energetic and challenging movement to a keep-you-guessing variety of music.  No previous experience with dance is necessary.
